We are strong believers that doing circuit training one or two times a week is an excellent way for most intermediate skiers and athletes to improve their skiing this winter. This simple circuit you can do with no real equipment needed is one of our go to workouts. It can easily be done indoors or outdoors with only and sturdy chair or bench.

Set your timer to 1 minute and then do each exercise for 15 seconds with 45 seconds’ rest. As you get better do 20 seconds work 40 seconds rest and then move up to 30 seconds and 30 seconds. Increase your speed so you are doing each exercise fast but in control. Do each exercise once and then repeat the circuit 2-4 times depending on your ability and fitness. You will see vast improvements in only a few weeks. :)
